1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Power CM Software websites, applications and services, including current and future products such as Flytivy AI Workspace, Flytivy AI Planner, Flytivy Knowledge Vault, Product Passport Base, PDF PowerKit, related billing portals, landing pages and support channels.
Some products are local-first desktop applications. In those products, data may be stored on your device unless you choose to sign in, sync, subscribe, use cloud features or otherwise send information to us or to our service providers.
2. Information We Collect
Account information
When you create an account or sign in, we may collect your name, email address, authentication identifier, profile image, preferred language and account status.
Product content
Depending on the product and features you use, you may choose to store prompts, notes, project names, documents, decisions, results, workspace metadata, files, AI-generated outputs or other content inside the app or cloud-connected workspace.
Billing information
Paid subscriptions and checkout flows are processed by Stripe. We may receive subscription status, plan, customer identifiers, invoices, renewal status and payment outcome metadata. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Technical and usage information
We may collect limited technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, browser, IP address, crash data, security logs, diagnostic events and feature usage needed to operate, improve and protect the service.
Support communications
If you contact us, we may collect your message, email address and any information you choose to include so we can respond and resolve issues.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, secure and improve our products and services.
- To authenticate users, manage accounts and maintain subscription entitlements.
- To process payments, invoices, upgrades, downgrades and billing support.
- To save your preferences, language, onboarding state and workspace settings.
- To troubleshoot bugs, prevent abuse, monitor service reliability and protect users.
- To respond to support requests and communicate important product or account notices.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. AI Product Data
Our products help users organize, search, classify, generate and reuse work with AI-assisted features. You are responsible for the content you submit to any AI feature. When a feature requires cloud processing, your input and output may be transmitted to the relevant infrastructure or AI provider solely to provide the requested feature, improve reliability, prevent abuse and maintain service quality.
Where a product is designed as local-first, local content remains on your device unless you choose a feature that sends it outside your device, such as account sync, cloud backup, AI search, billing, support or integrations.
5. Google Sign-In and Google API Data
Some Power CM Software products allow you to sign in with Google. When you use Google Sign-In, we may receive basic profile information such as your email address, name, profile image and a Google account identifier. We use this information to authenticate you, create or access your account, and secure your session.
We request only the permissions needed to provide user-facing features. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to unrelated third parties except as necessary to provide the service, comply with law, protect users, or with your consent.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Subscription checkout, billing management and payment processing may be handled by Stripe. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy and security standards. We use Stripe data to activate plans, enforce limits, issue receipts, manage renewals and provide customer support.
8. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Local-first product data stored only on your device remains under your control and can be removed from your device by you.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also be able to manage account data inside the relevant product, unsubscribe from non-essential communications or contact us to request assistance.
To make a privacy request, contact support@powercm-software.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse and alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's Privacy
Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
12. International Use
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers and process information according to applicable privacy laws.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the website, product interface or email.
