Flytivy AI Download Manager Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Flytivy AI Download Manager is provided by Power CM Software ("Power CM", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the Flytivy AI Download Manager Windows application, website, authentication flows, billing flows, and related services.

2. Summary

Flytivy is designed as a local-first Downloads organizer. Your files stay on your Windows device by default. The app can scan local file metadata, such as file names, extensions, sizes, and modification dates, to provide organization suggestions. Cloud AI, account sync, telemetry, and billing require sign-in and explicit user action.

3. Information We Collect

Account information

If you sign in, we may collect your email address, display name, account identifier, profile image URL, authentication provider, and login timestamps. Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth and may include Google OAuth when you choose "Continue with Google".

Google OAuth data

When you sign in with Google, Flytivy requests basic profile information needed to create and identify your account, such as your Google account email address, display name, and profile picture. We use this information only for authentication, account display, and account sync. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or other Google content APIs.

Local file metadata

The app may inspect local metadata from your Downloads folder, including file names, extensions, sizes, dates, and local duplicate indicators. This metadata is used to generate local recommendations and dashboard metrics.

Cloud AI metadata

If you enable Cloud AI and submit an AI query, Flytivy may send limited file metadata that is already shown in the app, such as file name, category, suggested folder, confidence label, and size. Flytivy is configured to use metadata-only AI requests by default. File contents are not sent unless a future feature asks for and receives your explicit consent.

Usage and telemetry data

If you are signed in, we may collect app events such as login, signup, scan refresh, duplicate scan, billing checkout start, AI query length, app version, session identifier, plan, and non-content metadata that helps us operate and improve the product.

Billing data

Paid subscriptions and customer portal sessions are processed by Stripe. We store subscription status, plan, Stripe customer identifier, Stripe subscription identifier, price identifier, renewal period, and cancellation status. We do not store full payment card numbers.

4. How We Use Information

• To authenticate you and maintain your account.
• To show your account profile inside the app.
• To generate local file organization suggestions.
• To save user settings, privacy preferences, saved searches, and synced rules.
• To provide optional Cloud AI answers based on approved metadata.
• To process subscriptions, upgrades, billing portal access, and plan status.
• To monitor product reliability, detect abuse, debug errors, and improve the app.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

5. Local Files and File Contents

Flytivy does not automatically upload, move, rename, delete, or share your files. The app is built around manual review and approval. Local file metadata may be analyzed on your device to create recommendations. Cloud AI requests are limited to metadata unless you explicitly approve a feature that sends additional content.

6. Sharing and Processors

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app:

• Supabase, for authentication, database storage, edge functions, and account-related data.
• Google, when you choose Google OAuth sign-in.
• Stripe, for checkout, subscription billing, invoices, and customer portal access.
• OpenAI, when you enable Cloud AI and submit an AI query.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers used to publish the website and deliver app services.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer.

7. Google User Data

Flytivy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to authenticate you, display your account identity, and maintain your Flytivy account. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell Google user data, or allow humans to read Google user data except when required for security, legal compliance, or user-requested support.

8. Retention

We keep account, subscription, settings, saved search, synced rule, and telemetry records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Local file metadata stored only on your device remains under your control. You may request deletion of account data by contacting us.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including HTTPS, authentication, row-level security controls, service-provider access controls, and privacy-by-default product design. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Choices and Rights

• You can use local preview features without signing in.
• You can disable Cloud AI analysis in the app's privacy settings.
• You can choose not to send file contents unless a future feature requests explicit approval.
• You can manage subscriptions through the Stripe customer portal when available.
• You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data by contacting us.

11. International Users

We may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers through our service providers and contractual arrangements.

12. Children's Privacy

Flytivy is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice through the website or app.
