1. Overview
Power CM Software provides Task it All, a Windows desktop productivity application for personal task management, team collaboration, notes, reminders, attachments, audit visibility, and optional add-ons.
The application is designed with a local-first approach. Some information may remain only on your device. Cloud features, team collaboration, subscription management, payment processing, and integrations may require information to be transmitted to service providers described below.
2. Information We May Collect
Depending on how you use the product, Task it All may process the following types of information:
- Account information: email address, user name, authentication identifiers, company/team membership, role, subscription status, and related account settings.
- Productivity content: tasks, subtasks, titles, descriptions, comments, notes, statuses, priorities, due dates, alarms, reminders, links, checklists, and workflow metadata.
- Team collaboration data: team names, assignments, shared task activity, comments, member roles, presence/status signals, inbox or assignment activity, and operational audit records.
- Files and attachments: files, images, pasted content, drawings, or other attachments that you choose to add to tasks, notes, or team workflows.
- Billing and subscription information: plan, renewal status, checkout status, customer/subscription identifiers, and payment-related metadata. Full card numbers are handled by payment processors, not stored by Task it All.
- Technical and diagnostic information: app version, operating system information, error information, security/session events, and logs used to maintain reliability, security, and support.
- Optional integration data: information needed for user-enabled integrations, such as Slack webhook configuration or messages the user chooses to send to Slack.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve the product, including to:
- create, save, synchronize, and display personal and team tasks;
- authenticate users and maintain secure sessions;
- support team collaboration, assignments, comments, notifications, and audit visibility;
- process subscriptions, trials, billing status, and plan access;
- provide customer support and troubleshoot issues;
- protect the product from misuse, unauthorized access, or security incidents;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, and platform requirements.
4. Local Storage and Cloud Features
Task it All may store user profile data, task data, settings, and attachments locally on your Windows device. Local data remains on the device unless you enable or use features that transmit data, such as cloud sync, team collaboration, subscription validation, billing, or integrations.
When cloud or team features are enabled, selected account, team, task, attachment, audit, and synchronization data may be stored in cloud infrastructure so the product can provide collaboration and cross-session functionality.
5. Service Providers and Third Parties
We may use trusted service providers to operate the product and related services. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us or to you.
- Supabase: authentication, database, cloud synchronization, storage, and real-time collaboration features.
- Stripe: checkout, payment processing, subscription status, invoices, and billing records. Stripe handles payment card information directly.
- Microsoft: Microsoft Store distribution, installation, platform services, and account or purchase flows if the app is obtained through Microsoft Store.
- Slack: optional Slack notifications or message delivery when the user configures a Slack webhook or integration.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These may include local encryption mechanisms, access controls, secure authentication, permission checks, and cloud-provider security controls. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to reduce risk and maintain the integrity of user data.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the product, maintain accounts and subscriptions, support team collaboration, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and keep business records. Local data may remain on your device until you delete it, uninstall the app, or remove the relevant files/settings. Cloud data may remain until deleted by the user, an administrator, or through a support request where applicable.
8. Your Choices and Controls
Depending on your plan and role, you may be able to view, edit, export, delete, or manage tasks, notes, attachments, team members, comments, and settings inside the application. You can choose whether to use optional cloud, team, billing, add-on, or integration features.
You may contact us to request help accessing, correcting, deleting, or exporting account-related information, subject to identity verification, team administrator rights, legal requirements, and technical limitations.
9. Children
Task it All is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. International Processing
Information may be processed in countries where Power CM Software, its infrastructure, or its service providers operate. These locations may have data protection rules different from those in your country or region.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the product after an update means the updated policy applies to future use.
