Terms of Service
Effective date: June 15, 2026. These terms apply to Flytivy AI Planner, operated by Power CM Software.
Use of the service
Flytivy AI Planner helps you capture tasks, plan days and weeks, replan work, use focus mode, manage AI credits, and connect calendar integrations. You are responsible for the information you enter and for decisions you make based on the plans generated by the app.
Accounts
You may sign in with Google or create an account with email and password. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account.
Subscriptions and credits
Flytivy AI Planner is offered with Free, Pro and Ultimate plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. AI credits are used for AI plans and coach messages according to the plan rules shown in the app. Free credits may be limited by account, time period, and anti-abuse controls.
No professional advice
Flytivy AI Planner and Flytivy Coach provide productivity and planning assistance. They do not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. For professional decisions, consult a qualified expert.
Calendar integrations
If you connect Google Calendar or another calendar provider, you authorize Flytivy AI Planner to use that data to support scheduling, workload analysis, conflict detection and planning. You can disconnect integrations at any time.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the product, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features, plans, credit limits and pricing may change, with reasonable notice where required.
Cancellation
You can cancel paid subscriptions through the subscription management flow. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges unless required by law or stated by Stripe/payment terms.
