Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 15, 2026. Flytivy AI Planner is operated by Power CM Software.
Information we collect
We collect the information needed to run Flytivy AI Planner: account details such as name, email address and avatar when you sign in, task and planning data you create, preferences, subscription and credit status, and app usage events needed for reliability and product analytics.
Google account and calendar data
If you connect Google Calendar, Flytivy AI Planner requests calendar access so the planner can understand meetings, busy windows, deadlines, workload and conflicts. Calendar data is used only to provide planning, sync and scheduling features inside Flytivy AI Planner. We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use Google user data for advertising.
Flytivy AI Planner's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
AI features
When you use AI planning or Flytivy Coach, relevant task, schedule and app context may be sent to our AI provider to generate plans, suggestions and assistant responses. We limit the context to what is useful for the requested feature.
Payments and subscriptions
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe may process payment and billing data according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Storage and retention
App data may be stored in Supabase and, for some local app features, on your device. Chat history and planning records are retained only as needed to provide the product, maintain account history, support billing, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data.
Service providers
We use trusted providers including Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for billing, OpenAI for AI features, and Google APIs for Google sign-in and calendar sync when enabled by you.
Your choices
You can disconnect calendar integrations, cancel subscriptions, edit profile data, and request account deletion. You can also revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions page.
