These Terms of Service govern your use of Flytivy AI Assistance, a Windows productivity assistant published by Power CM Software. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
Flytivy AI Assistance helps users draft, rewrite, summarize, translate, analyze, and organize content. You are responsible for the content you submit and for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
Accounts and access
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Acceptable use
You may not use Flytivy AI Assistance to violate laws, infringe rights, process content you do not have permission to use, attempt to bypass service limits, reverse engineer the app, disrupt the service, or generate harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or illegal content.
AI outputs
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular use. You are responsible for evaluating outputs, especially before using them for professional, financial, legal, medical, security, or other sensitive decisions.
Subscriptions, credits, and billing
Paid plans, credits, and subscription management may be handled through Stripe or the platform where the app is distributed. Prices, quotas, and features may change. Credits are provided for use within the service and may be subject to limits, expiration, or plan rules shown in the app or checkout flow.
Third-party services
Flytivy may use third-party providers including Supabase, OpenAI, Stripe, Microsoft, and other infrastructure providers to deliver authentication, AI processing, billing, app distribution, storage, and support features. Your use of those features may also be subject to the providers' terms.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Flytivy AI Assistance Privacy Policy.
Changes and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, or the service at any time. We may also update these terms when the service changes or when operational, legal, or security needs require it.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Flytivy AI Assistance is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Power CM Software disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Estas Condiciones del servicio regulan el uso de Flytivy AI Assistance, un asistente de productividad para Windows publicado por Power CM Software. Al usar la app, aceptas estas condiciones.
Uso del servicio
Flytivy AI Assistance ayuda a redactar, reescribir, resumir, traducir, analizar y organizar contenido. Sos responsable del contenido que envias y de revisar las respuestas antes de utilizarlas.
Cuentas y acceso
Algunas funciones requieren una cuenta. Aceptas proporcionar informacion de cuenta correcta, mantener tus credenciales seguras y avisarnos si crees que tu cuenta fue usada sin permiso.
Uso aceptable
No puedes usar Flytivy AI Assistance para infringir leyes, vulnerar derechos, procesar contenido que no tienes permiso de usar, intentar evitar limites del servicio, realizar ingenieria inversa de la app, interrumpir el servicio o generar contenido danino, fraudulento, abusivo o ilegal.
Respuestas de IA
Las respuestas generadas por IA pueden ser inexactas, incompletas o inadecuadas para un uso especifico. Sos responsable de evaluarlas, especialmente antes de usarlas en decisiones profesionales, financieras, legales, medicas, de seguridad u otras decisiones sensibles.
Suscripciones, creditos y facturacion
Los planes pagos, creditos y la gestion de suscripciones pueden administrarse mediante Stripe o la plataforma donde se distribuya la app. Precios, cuotas y funciones pueden cambiar. Los creditos se ofrecen para uso dentro del servicio y pueden estar sujetos a limites, vencimiento o reglas del plan indicadas en la app o en el flujo de pago.
Servicios de terceros
Flytivy puede usar proveedores externos, incluidos Supabase, OpenAI, Stripe, Microsoft y otros proveedores de infraestructura, para ofrecer autenticacion, procesamiento de IA, facturacion, distribucion de la app, almacenamiento y soporte. El uso de esas funciones tambien puede estar sujeto a las condiciones de esos proveedores.
Privacidad
El tratamiento de informacion personal se describe en la Politica de privacidad de Flytivy AI Assistance.
Cambios y disponibilidad
Podemos actualizar, suspender o discontinuar funciones, planes o el servicio en cualquier momento. Tambien podemos actualizar estas condiciones cuando cambie el servicio o cuando sea necesario por motivos operativos, legales o de seguridad.
Exencion y limitacion de responsabilidad
Flytivy AI Assistance se ofrece "tal como esta" y "segun disponibilidad". En la maxima medida permitida por la ley, Power CM Software excluye garantias y no sera responsable por danos indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos derivados del uso del servicio.
